1. The contract is concluded for a fixed term, until 30th of June 2027.

2. The promotion is addressed to Service Users who are not in arrears with any due payments to the Operator, and where the Operator has not terminated any Agreement with the person applying to conclude an Agreement under the Promotion, or with any person living in the same household, for reasons attributable to those persons.

3. Subscription fee for each Billing Period for the Internet Service (applicable to both "Internet for Students" and the "3-in-1 Student Deal")

4. Subscription fee for the TV Service for each Billing Period (applicable to "3-in-1 Student Deal")

5. The Service User agrees to purchase TV access for PLN 10,00 PLN per month. 

6. Subscription fee for the additional IPTV Service for each Billing Period

7. One-off activation fee under the Promotion**

** A Service User renewing the Agreement is exempt from the Activation Fee.

8. The additional IPTV Service is provided through the GoOverTV app. The app must be downloaded by the Service User from Google Play or the Apple App Store.

9. The additional IPTV Service includes basic features such as: access to the app on two devices at the same time, 240 minutes of recording space, and the ability to rewind programmes on a channel up to three days back.
